Robert Denlow gives radio interview regarding Eminent Domain abuses.

Listen to Robert Denlow’s interview on KMOX regarding Eminent Domain abuses.

KMOX interviewed Robert Denlow when Denlow & Henry, on behalf of a former owner of property located in the Bottle District Area, initiated collection proceedings against The City of St. Louis for a jury award made in July 2008. The jury verdict with interest totaled more than $3.4 million, of which $2.2 million remained unpaid. The property was taken by the City on behalf of private developers. The City of St. Louis is responsible for the eminent domain judgment, even though an agreement with the developers requires the developers to pay. The developers had not paid up to that time.
