Robert Denlow is the principal partner

Mr. Denlow is a frequent speaker on condemnation, inverse
condemnation and Tax Increment Financing projects. He is the author
of various articles, including, "Business Damages in Eminent Domain";
"Missouri Condemnation Law"; "Inverse Condemnation and Airport Noise-Proving
and Presenting Damages"; "Highest and Best Use-Maximizing and Minimizing
Value"; and "Tax Increment Financing and the Property Owner."
He is the former editor of the ABA's Condemnation
Committee's legal reporter; co-chairman of the joint ABA-Great Britain
Lands Tribunal Condemnation Conference in London in 1995; and has
frequently chaired the American Bar Association's annual condemnation
seminar. He is a member of Missouri Bar's Eminent Domain Committee,
the Missouri Bar, the Illinois Bar, the American Bar Association,
and the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys.
